Sessions - what is it?

A session begins in our invitingly tranquil office with you sitting in a comfortable chair. You, with our assistance, place headphones gently over your ears. Then, together, we place goggles, much like those used for snow skiing, softly over your eyes. These are equipped with eight tiny clear bulbs, which emit light at the desired rates according to program you want based on what you want to achieve, i.e. relaxation, energizing, enhanced learning, productivity, creativity. You simply sit back, relax as you become more receptivity to your desired results.
